At Rannscape Weaves (a brand of Rannscape Ventures Private Limited), we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you safely, securely, and in the best possible condition. Throughout this policy, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rannscape Ventures Private Limited.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Shipping Policy.
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within India only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are an international customer and wish to enquire about a purchase, please contact us at admin@rannscape.com and we will do our best to assist you.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within India, with no minimum order value requirement.
SECTION 3 - ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Please note the following:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day
- You will receive a confirmation email or notification once your order has been dispatched, along with your tracking details
- During peak seasons, sale periods, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any such delays proactively
SECTION 4 - MADE-TO-ORDER AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Certain products in our catalogue are made-to-order, pre-order, or involve artisanal production that requires additional time.
For such items:
- The estimated dispatch timeline will be clearly mentioned on the individual product page at the time of purchase
- Made-to-order and pre-order items are dispatched only after the production process is complete
- Processing timelines for such items are separate from and in addition to the standard 2 to 3 business day processing window
- If there is an unexpected delay in production, we will notify you promptly and provide a revised dispatch estimate

SECTION 5 - ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery within India.
Please note that these are estimated timelines only. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.
SECTION 6 - COURIER PARTNER AND TRACKING
We ship all orders through Shiprocket, which works with a network of trusted courier partners to ensure reliable delivery across India.
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS
- You may use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status directly through the courier partner's website or the Shiprocket tracking portal
- If you face any difficulty tracking your order, please contact us at admin@rannscape.com and we will assist you
SECTION 7 - SERVICEABILITY AND PIN CODE RESTRICTIONS
Our ability to deliver to certain locations is subject to the serviceability of our courier partners through Shiprocket.
Please note:
- Certain remote, rural, or restricted pin codes may not be serviceable at the time of your order
- If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you as soon as possible after your order is placed and work with you to find an alternative solution or process a full refund
- You may check delivery availability for your pin code at the time of checkout
SECTION 8 - DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
We take every reasonable step to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time. However, once an order is handed over to our courier partner, delivery timelines are subject to the courier's operations.
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe:
- Please first check your tracking status using the tracking number provided
- If the tracking shows no update for more than 3 business days, please contact us at admin@rannscape.com with your order number
- We will raise an investigation with our courier partner on your behalf and keep you informed of the outcome
In the event an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, as applicable and in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 9 - UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to reasons such as:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
- Failure to collect the package from a courier facility within the stipulated time
- Repeated failed delivery attempts with no response from the recipient
We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that re-delivery may be subject to an additional shipping charge. If re-delivery is not possible or the customer does not respond within a reasonable time, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable handling or return-to-origin charges.
SECTION 10 - PACKAGING
We take care to pack all products securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. As many of our products are delicate handcrafted textiles, we use appropriate protective packaging to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
If your order arrives with damaged outer packaging, please photograph the packaging before opening it and contact us at admin@rannscape.com immediately, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
