Please note that product colours may vary slightly from on - screen representations due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of hand-woven and handcrafted products.

All products listed on this website are handcrafted in Kutch, Gujarat, India. Country of Origin is India. Our handloom sarees, stoles, dupattas, suit pieces, and other textile products are created by skilled Kutchi artisans using traditional weaving and craft techniques.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our handloom products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. 16.3 Timelines for Redressal

Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours.
Resolution: We will take all necessary steps to redress the grievance within one (1) month from the date of acknowledgement.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may escalate your complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at www.consumerhelpline.gov.in or approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
