This Bhujodi Kala Cotton Saree in pristine off-white and indigo is the epitome of slow fashion. Hand-loomed in the Kutch region, it celebrates the raw, natural beauty of organic Kala cotton while maintaining a crisp, professional, and serene aesthetic.

This saree features a luminous off-white base, providing a clean and breathable canvas for traditional indigo blue accents. The design is characterized by its linear precision, featuring fine lines that create a subtle grid-like pattern across the body. The pallu is a masterclass in extra-weft weaving. Its lightweight and airy texture makes it an ideal choice for corporate wear, gallery openings, or elegant daytime gatherings.

The Border: A continuous woven border running the saree's full length in blue providing refined visual continuity, elegant definition, and cohesive design flow throughout.

Feel: Breathable, durable and textured; it provides comfort in summers and moderate warmth in winters.

To ensure the longevity of the natural fibers and the hues:

1. First Wash: Dry cleaning is highly recommended for the first wash to set the colours and preserve the intricate weft work.

2. Subsequent Washes: If hand-washing at home, use cold water and a very mild liquid detergent (or baby shampoo).

3. Process: Do not soak the saree for more than 5 minutes. Gently swirl it in the water; do not bleach or scrub, wring or twist the fabric, as this can damage the hand-woven motifs.

4. Drying: Always dry in the shade and away from direct sunlight to prevent the colours from fading. It is best to hang it on a padded hanger or lay it flat on a clean surface.

5. Ironing: Use a medium-heat setting. It is safer to iron on the reverse side of the saree to protect the raised weaving patterns.

6. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid using plastic covers; instead wrap the saree in a breathable muslin or cotton cloth bag given along with the product. Avoid hanging for long periods; folding helps maintain the shape of the handloom weave.

7. Tassel Care: Gently comb the tassels with your fingers after washing to keep them from tangling.
