This Bhujodi Fine Cotton Saree is an elegant embodiment of minimalist luxury. It showcases the refined extra-weft weaving technique that has defined the Kutch textile landscape for generations. Crafted from fine cotton, this saree offers a tactile experience that is as grounded as it is sophisticated.

This exquisite piece embodies the essence of Quiet Luxury. Meticulously handwoven, it showcases the raw, breathable beauty of cotton, dyed in a serene, calming shade of blue.

Fabric: 100% Premium Fine Cotton

Colour: Earthy Sky Blue with Multi-coloured accents

Craft: Traditional Bhujodi Extra-Weft Handloom Weaving.

Length: Approximately 6.2 to 6.5 meters (including 1 meter of a matching unstitched blouse piece).

Width: Approx. 45 inches.

Weight: Approx. 830 grams.

The Body: A sophisticated, minimalist expanse of sky-blue cotton, featuring delicate, precise lines that lend a structured yet fluid drape. Small, scattered Dholki motifs and tiny mirror work add a touch of artisanal playfulness without disrupting the serene palette.

The Pallu (Decorative End): The highlight of the piece. It transitions from the understated body into a rich, horizontal landscape of complex, multi-coloured stripes and intricate geometric Dhungali, Chaumukh, Dholki, Dungara and Panchako motifs and minute mirror work. This high-contrast detail showcases the technical mastery of the Bhujodi loom.

The Border: The saree is framed by a muted Black and Golden border with subtle vertical striations. This clean, understated boundary provides a modern contrast to the traditional base, ensuring the focus remains on the handcrafted texture of the weave.

Finish: Hand-knotted tassels in matching tones along the pallu.

Feel: Breathable, durable and textured; it provides comfort in summers and moderate warmth in winters.

1. First Wash: Dry cleaning is highly recommended for the first wash to set the colours and preserve the intricate weft work.

2. Subsequent Washes: If hand-washing at home, use cold water and a very mild liquid detergent (or baby shampoo).

3. Process: Do not soak the saree for more than 5 minutes. Gently swirl it in the water; do not bleach or scrub, wring or twist the fabric, as this can damage the hand-woven motifs.

4. Drying: Always dry in the shade and away from direct sunlight to prevent the colours from fading. It is best to hang it on a padded hanger or lay it flat on a clean surface.

5. Ironing: Use a medium-heat setting. It is safer to iron on the reverse side of the saree to protect the raised weaving patterns.

6. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid using plastic covers; instead wrap the saree in a breathable muslin or cotton cloth bag given along with the product. Avoid hanging for long periods; folding helps maintain the shape of the handloom weave.

7. Tassel Care: Gently comb the tassels with your fingers after washing to keep them from tangling.
